Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Domestic Shipments: Generally arrive within 5–7 business days.
International Shipments: Typically require 10–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may differ based on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Returns

Window for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include a proof of purchase.
Process: To initiate a return, kindly email our support team at supportinfo@bellemike.wiki with your order details and reason for return. We will then provide a return address and guidelines. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error on our end (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

Window for Exchanges: You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the original invoice.
Process: For exchanges, please email supportinfo@bellemike.wiki with your request and the desired replacement product. Our team will guide you through the process and provide shipping instructions. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a mistake from our side.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
